Sage Leaf Hill is an organic and biodynamic White Sage Farm located in Topanga, California. We provide a safe place for this beautiful native plant to thrive without any human intervention. We let nature do her thing. They grow next to wild and free honey bees. It is our goal to supply sustainable White Sage as a solution to over-harvesting and provide awareness that harvesting this plant in the wild is pushing it towards the endangered species list. We’d love to avoid that.

Our Mission

To spread the word that you don't need a full bundle of sage to cleanse your home or sacred space. You need exactly one leaf.

To provide a safe place for White Sage to flourish in its natural habitat.

To organically grow White Sage as a sustainable solution.

To give back.

To provide the highest quality organic White Sage.

The Tongva, also called the Gabrielino tribe, called it kasiile and found it on hills around the area now known as Los Angeles. A similar pronounciation, qas’ily, was used by the Chumash people who lived along the current Santa Barbara coastline. The inland Luiseno tribe referred to this plant as qaashil. To Kumeyaay peoples who were in the area around modern-day San Diego, it was known as shlhtaay.
